This Privacy Policy explains what personal information ChoDauXe collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and apps.
Information we collect
Account information you provide: name, email, phone number, role (Host or Driver), and password (stored only as a secure hash). Listings and bookings: space details, addresses, prices, availability, and booking history. Messages: the content of conversations between Hosts and Drivers. Location: when you use the map to find parking, your device may share its location with your permission. Technical data: device and usage information, and cookies/analytics needed to run and improve the service.
How we use your information
To provide the service — create accounts, publish listings, process bookings, deliver messages, and show relevant parking on the map. To keep the service safe — verify emails, prevent abuse and fraud, and enforce our Terms. To improve the product and communicate with you about your account.
Messaging privacy
Messages between Hosts and Drivers are encrypted and scoped to a specific booking or listing inquiry — you cannot be messaged by arbitrary users. Phone numbers and emails typed into a message are automatically redacted, so your personal contact details stay private and communication stays on-platform.
How we share information
Between Hosts and Drivers: to make a booking work, a Host and Driver see limited information about each other (such as a display name and the relevant booking details); personal contact details like full email and phone are masked. With service providers: vendors who help us run the platform (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics) under appropriate safeguards. For legal reasons: where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or dispute-resolution needs. Conversations tied to a booking or inquiry are retained for a bounded period and then purged; you can delete your view of a conversation at any time. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data, subject to limited legal retention.
Security
We protect data in transit with HTTPS/TLS and encrypt sensitive content (such as messages) at rest, with access controls and logging on sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights and choices
You can access and update your profile in the app, delete your account, and control location and notification permissions on your device. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data; contact us to exercise them.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site and privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Tag Manager/Analytics on our production site) to understand usage and improve the product. On our marketing site we also use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised interactions — clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — so we can see where the pages confuse people and fix them. It runs on the marketing pages only, not inside the driver or host apps, and text you type is masked.
Children
ChoDauXe is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
International use
ChoDauXe operates primarily in Vietnam. If you use it from elsewhere, you consent to processing consistent with this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; we'll reflect changes by updating the date above.
