These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ChoDauXe — a peer-to-peer parking marketplace that connects people who have parking spaces (“Hosts”) with people who need them (“Drivers”). By creating an account or using ChoDauXe, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
ChoDauXe operates a platform (web and installable apps) that lets Hosts list parking spaces and Drivers find, book, and check in to them. ChoDauXe facilitates these connections but is not itself a party to the parking arrangement between a Host and a Driver.
Your account
You need an account to book or list. Host and Driver accounts are separate, even under the same email. You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and you are responsible for activity on your account. Some actions (such as creating a listing or a booking) require a verified email.
Listings and bookings
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for having the legal right to offer the space. A confirmed booking is an agreement between the Host and the Driver for use of the space during the booked window. Drivers must use the space only as described and check in and out as required.
Fees and payments
Pricing is set by the Host and shown before you book. Payment features may be introduced over time; where they are, additional terms will apply. Until then, any payment arrangement is between the Host and the Driver.
Messaging and conduct
ChoDauXe provides in-app messaging so Hosts and Drivers can coordinate without exchanging personal contact details; phone numbers and emails may be redacted to keep communication on-platform. You agree not to use the service to harass, spam, defraud, or share unlawful content, and not to circumvent the platform to avoid its protections.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, or that violates these Terms.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the service — including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupting the service, scraping, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers
ChoDauXe is provided “as is”. We do not own, inspect, or control listed spaces and do not guarantee their availability, condition, legality, or safety. You use the service and any parking space at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChoDauXe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes, loss, or damage arising between Hosts and Drivers.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for other users or the platform. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by updating the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
